Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using propretty.ca (the "Site"), requesting a renovation quote, using our AI Renovation Analysis tool, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pro Pretty Reno's ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in Ontario, Canada.

Our Services

Pro Pretty Reno's provides the following services through this website:

• Renovation consultation and referral services connecting property owners with vetted contractors in Ontario
• AI-powered renovation analysis and ROI prioritization based on property photos

Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• A binding fixed-price contract is only created when both parties sign a written renovation agreement
• We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion
• Free consultations do not obligate either party to proceed with any services

Any renovation work performed is governed by a separate written contract between you and the service provider, which will contain its own terms, warranties, and dispute resolution procedures.

AI Renovation Analysis Tool

Our AI Renovation Analysis tool provides estimated ROI rankings and renovation recommendations based on property photos and Ontario market data. By using this tool, you acknowledge:

• Results are estimates only and are not guarantees of actual renovation costs or property value increases
• AI-generated before/after visualizations are conceptual illustrations, not architectural plans or contractor specifications
• Actual results depend on property condition, renovation quality, contractor pricing, and market conditions at time of sale
• Photos you upload are used solely to generate your analysis and are retained for 90 days (see our Privacy Policy)
• The tool does not replace a professional property inspection, appraisal, or contractor assessment

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, AI-generated visualizations, renovation guides, and software — is the property of Pro Pretty Reno's or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may view and print content from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

The "Pro Pretty Reno's" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing on this Site grants any license to use our trademarks.

• Damages resulting from renovation work performed by independent contractors in our network

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or $500 CAD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Pretty Reno's and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Ontario for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
